Actors turned musicians are often pukalicious, however Ryan Gosling has done the opposite with fellow band mate, Zach Shields. His band, Dead Man's Bones have a haunting mood to their songs. I searched high and low for their self titled debut album, and finally got it for Christmas! I love the entire album, with its eerie melodies, and chants by the children's choir featured on the album. It was a pleasant surprise when I first listened to the band, I had low expectations considering previous actors turned musicians - Lindsay Lohan, Hilary Duff, etc, etc. Well done Ryan Gosling, well done.
