Today, I realized I am super lucky.
The picture above is the view from my bedroom.
This morning, as I was about to leave for school my dad yells,
"JUSTIN, COME QUICK!"
So I run back inside and through to my parent's balcony,
and beyond those rocks in the photo is an Orca whale jumping.
I never think of how amazing it is, where I live,
but I am truly lucky to live in such a beautiful place.
I can't imagine living in a house that isn't waterfront.
I hope everyone gets a chance to visit my city.
And as much as I complain about how boring Nanaimo is,
There is no denying its gorgeous!
